At Scrollage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure you can try our Pro plan with confidence. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our platform.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans (Lifetime Deal and Pro subscriptions). If you are not satisfied with Scrollage for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date
- Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- You must contact us at hello@scrollage.co with your refund request
2.2 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
3. Lifetime Deal
The Lifetime Deal ($99 one-time payment) provides unlimited access to Scrollage forever. If you purchase a Lifetime Deal:
- Within the first 14 days: You are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee
- After 14 days: No refunds will be issued, as the Lifetime Deal is a one-time purchase with permanent access
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is always free and does not require payment. No refunds are applicable for the Free plan.
5. Pro Plan Subscriptions
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Pro subscriptions ($9/month) are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your monthly subscription:
- Within the first 14 days: You are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee
- After 14 days: No refund will be issued for the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period
5.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual Pro subscriptions ($90/year) are billed annually in advance. If you cancel your annual subscription:
- Within the first 14 days: You are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee
- After 14 days: No refund will be issued for the current year, but your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access until the end of the current annual period
Note: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
6. Renewal and Cancellation
6.1 Automatic Renewal
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
6.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your Pro subscription, contact us at hello@scrollage.co with your cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until that date.
6.3 No Refunds for Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the billing period.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
7.1 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using Scrollage Pro, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion. Please contact hello@scrollage.co to report technical issues.
7.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges after cancellation, etc.), please contact us immediately at hello@scrollage.co. We will investigate and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
7.3 Account Termination
If your account is terminated by Scrollage due to violations of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund for any remaining subscription period.
7.4 Service Discontinuation
If Scrollage discontinues the Service or your subscription tier, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your account email address, username, and the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Verification: We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and subscription
- Processing: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the outcome
- Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
9. Payment Processor
All payments are processed through Paystack, our trusted payment processor. Refunds are issued through Paystack and will appear as a credit from Paystack on your bank or card statement. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@scrollage.co before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. Chargebacks may also result in additional fees imposed by payment processors.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of Scrollage after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
